Currently there is no fancy packaging or neat artwork. If the demand for these recordings increases we will start mass producing them. DJ Mel recorded the entire night onto a single minidisc. We have taken that minidisc and mastered it onto 2 CDRs. NickNack and Baby G start the night off with a funky mix of breaks and cuts to get the crowd moving. Mel and Tatsu come in on the 2nd CD to take the party to the next level with sick scratches and a beautiful mixture of hip hop and instrumentals. Check out the snippet off of the first CD below. Empanada 1.26.02 Artists: Bavu, Brannen Temple, Dave Palmer and NickNack Length: 2 CDRs, a total of 140 mintues of music Cost: $9.95 + shipping Description: This is 3rd time the trio of Palmer, Temple and NickNack has ever played. The gig happened right before Dave Palmer moved to LA. This recording features a complete improv set performed by the trio with special guest emcee Bavu. NickNack laces the cuts, lays funky breaks and plays cold ass samples while Dave Palmer lays smooth musical beds on the keys with Brannen keeping it all wrapped up in a neat rythmical shell. You won't believe your ears on this one.
